The School of Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel classes with insufficient enrollment and to make instructor change or to change class schedules due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a class cancellation, SCE will make every effort to contact students via email or phone as soon as possible.
When day school is cancelled due to snow conditions or other weather or emergency events, evening classes are also cancelled. In the event day classes are not cancelled and the Montachusett area expects severe weather in the evening, a decision will be made by 3:00 PM. Please listen to the local television and radio stations for current cancellation notices. In addition, our office voicemail and website will reflect SCE cancellation.
Cancelled classes are made up (same day of week and time) by extending the finish date of the course unless other arrangements are made between the instructor and the class, and approved by the director.
